DESUPER-HEATER

In power plants and equipment industries, superheated steam is used as an efficient energy transfer method. However, most facilities require that the steam be saturated or have a slight degree of superheat. The most efficient way to meet these conditions and to recover the excess energy from superheated steam is to put condensate or cooling water in direct contact with the superheated steam to exchange energy. One type of equipment that can be used for this is the Desuper-heater.
